Fried Rice

Fried Rice

 

Ingredients:

 

12 oz Edamame shelled

12 oz Carrots

16 oz Chinese sausage

1 cup Green onions

8 oz Egg omelet

2 oz Garlic

2 oz Ginger

Black soy sauce

Teriyaki

Chinese Five Spice

48 oz Jasmine Rice cooked

Oil

 

Heat wok over high heat, add oil then add all ingredients except omelet and rice. Stirfry for 3 to 4 minutes until sausage is slightly crispy. Add rice, stir to incorporate ingredients, cook for additional 2 minutes. Add omelet then season with soy sauce, teriyaki and spice to taste.
