With Halloween right around the corner, have you picked the perfect pumpkin? Well, there's still time to do that and enjoy all things fall at local farms around our region.

7 Oaks Farm in Central Point features pony rides, face painting, and a U-Pick Pumpkin Patch. Or check out a corn maze and hop on a hay ride at Pheasant Fields Farm, just outside of Phoenix. And The Farm in Medford will be open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until Halloween, with a petting zoo, a pumpkin slingshot, and children's carnival games. Keeping with the harvest theme, after picking that perfect pumpkin head on out to Talent Middle School for an evening of square dancing and fall fun. The Harvest Festival is hosted by the Down Syndrome Association of Southern Oregon. There'll be square dancing, a pumpkin walk (which is like a cake walk but instead of winning cakes, you win pumpkins), and a decorating table for kids.
